Why VoiceLed

What we actually offer, in plain terms

Rosters you can plan a life around

Published ahead, not the night before. Tell us your availability and we work inside it — study, kids, a second job, all fine.

Training that isn't just a slideshow

Paid induction, shadow shifts with an experienced worker, and support towards your Cert III or Cert IV if you want it.

Backup when a shift goes sideways

On-call support you can actually reach. You are never the only person responsible for a hard moment.

Matched, not just assigned

We put you with people you'll click with. Shared language, shared interests, the right fit — it makes the work better for everyone.

Consistent clients

You'll see the same people regularly. That's how you get good at this job — and it's the part workers tell us they miss elsewhere.

Above-award pay & clear progression

[Confirm before launch] SCHADS Award or better, penalties paid properly, and a path to senior worker or team lead.

Who we look for

Character first. Qualifications second.

We can teach manual handling. We can't teach someone to be patient at 6:30am on a hard morning.

  • You're reliable — if you say you'll be there, you're there
  • You listen more than you talk
  • You don't take a bad day personally
  • You can keep dignity intact during personal care
  • You write clear notes and speak up early when something's off
  • You want the person to need you less over time, not more

Before you ask

Common questions

I've got no experience. Is it worth applying?

Yes. Some of our best workers came from hospitality, childcare and retail. If you're reliable and you listen, we'll train the rest.

How long does the process take?

We reply within three business days. From there it's a phone chat, a face-to-face, and reference and check verification — usually a week or two all up.

Do I need my own car?

For most roles, yes — a lot of support involves getting people out and about. Some in-home and SIL shifts don't require it.

Can I pick up shifts around study?

Absolutely. Plenty of our casual team are students. Give us your availability and we'll roster inside it.
