About us

We named the business after the part everyone else skips.

The person receiving support should be the one leading it. That sounds obvious. In practice it's rare — and it's the entire reason VoiceLed exists.

Our story

Started because the alternative wasn't good enough

[Placeholder — this is where your real story goes. Two or three honest paragraphs beat any amount of marketing copy. Below is a draft to react to.]

VoiceLed began after years of watching good support workers stretched too thin and good people left waiting on hold. Rosters were built around what was convenient to fill, not around what someone actually wanted from their week.

So we started small and deliberately: fewer participants, longer relationships, and workers who stay long enough to know that you take your tea without sugar and that Thursdays are hard.

We're still small on purpose. When we grow, we grow at the speed we can staff properly — because a name on a roster you've never met isn't support.

What we stand for

Five things we don't compromise on

Your voice first

Choice and control aren't a slogan on a wall. If you can tell us, we ask you. If communication looks different for you, we learn how you say yes and no — and we listen to it.

Consistency over convenience

The same small team, week after week. It costs us more to roster that way. It's the difference between a service and a relationship.

Dignity in the details

Knocking before entering. Asking before helping. Talking to you, not over you. The unglamorous parts are the parts that decide whether support feels safe.

Cultural safety

Language, faith, food, family structure, gender preference for personal care — tell us once and it's in the match, not in a file nobody reads.

Honest about limits

If we can't staff something properly, we say so. Sending an unprepared worker to fill a gap is worse than saying no — and we'd rather refer you on than let you down.

The people

Who you'll be dealing with

Names, faces and direct lines — because knowing who to call is half the reassurance.

Quality & safeguards

The boring stuff we take seriously

You shouldn't have to ask whether the person at your door has been checked. Here's what sits behind every shift.

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check on every worker, verified before first shift
  • Working with Children Check where relevant
  • Current First Aid & CPR, refreshed on schedule
  • NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards training at induction
  • Public liability and professional indemnity insurance
  • A clear, easy complaints process — and a real answer, not a form letter

Placeholder list — we'll confirm each item and add your registration details before launch.
